Ultra Hostoz OZ provides web hosting and account management ("OZ Hosting"), domain name registration and management, and related digital services such as SEO campaigns, subject to availability and the specific terms attached to each product at the time of purchase.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to host, transmit, store, or distribute any content or engage in any activity that:

• Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited bulk email, or mass mailing (including mailing lists, mail bombers, SMS bombers, or related scripts and programs).
• Involves phishing pages, malware, viruses, trojans, botnets, or other malicious software.
• Attempts to hack, exploit, scan, or gain unauthorized access to any server, network, or account.
• Involves running PHP/CGI proxies, CGI-IRC scripts, or exploitation/attack scripts of any kind.
• Harasses, threatens, or is intended to provoke retaliation against any individual or group.
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, obscenity, or illegal pornography.
• Violates copyright law or distributes pirated/"warez" software.
• Abuses shared server resources (CPU, memory, cron jobs, I/O) in a manner that affects other users.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund. If your account or script is used, knowingly or unknowingly, to attack or compromise other users on our infrastructure, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately to protect the security of our network.

5. Support Services

• Support is provided primarily through our ticketing system. Live chat and email support may also be available, subject to change.
• We do not guarantee emergency, phone, or 24/7 live support; response times may vary.
• We do not provide support for webmaster-related tasks such as custom coding, third-party software installation, or general application troubleshooting, except where the issue relates directly to server configuration or infrastructure under our control.
• For fully managed dedicated servers, we may offer custom configuration assistance (PHP/MySQL configuration, firewall rules for dedicated IPs, DNS, and web server/httpd configuration) as part of the applicable plan.
• cPanel extension installation requests may be granted at our discretion, provided they do not compromise the security, stability, or performance of the server or other users.
• If a request requires functionality beyond our standard support scope, you may wait for a future platform update or engage us for custom development at an additional fee.

6. Backups and Data Loss

While we may perform periodic backups as a courtesy, you are solely and fully responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data, files, databases, and configurations. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or downtime, regardless of cause, including our own systems or personnel.

7. Service Availability and Warranty

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party plugin, module, script, or browser. You are responsible for testing compatibility with your own software and environment.

8. Payment, Billing, and Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments and account deposits are final and non-refundable. Once a deposit or payment has been made, it cannot be reversed, and your balance may only be used toward our Services (hosting, domain registration, SEO campaigns, etc.).
• By making a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a dispute or chargeback after payment may result in immediate termination of your account and all associated services, and a permanent ban from future use of our Services.
• Use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account termination without exception.
• No credit or refund will be issued for service interruptions resulting from your violation of this Agreement.

9. Free Balance, Coupons, and Promotional Credits

Promotional balances, coupons, and deposit bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be reviewed, adjusted, or revoked at any time if we determine, in our sole judgment, that they were obtained through abuse or violation of these Terms. If removing promotional credit results in a negative account balance, your account may be automatically suspended until the balance is settled through a valid payment.

10. SEO and Third-Party Marketplace Orders (e.g., Fiverr, SEOClerks, Affiliates)

For SEO or marketing campaign services, delivery timeframes provided at the time of order are estimates only, and we do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe, including 24 hours. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, negative reviews, marketplace penalties, or account restrictions you may experience as a result of delivery timing. If you are reselling our Services on a platform with strict delivery deadlines, you do so entirely at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, designs, and materials provided as part of our Services remain the exclusive property of Ultra Hostoz OZ or its licensors. You may not claim ownership of, copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform, whether modified or unmodified, without our prior express written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Hostoz OZ, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice and with or without cause, at our sole discretion — including for violations of this Agreement, non-payment, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of our support systems (including ticket, live chat, or complaint channels). No refund will be issued upon termination due to a violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
